Great Jones Spa requires a credit card to hold all appointments.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Should you or a member of your party cancel within 24 hours of the treatment the credit
card on file will be charged 50% of the service price, or if the person reschedules a 35% charge of
the service price will be incurred.
If a member of your party is late for their treatment they will only get the remaining time available for the treatment.
Please remind your guests to bring a bathing suit as the water lounge is co-ed. Our female guests
that wish to have a massage and are pregnant need to be past their first trimester to receive a
massage.
We ask all of our clients to be respectful of other guests and please keep spa voices while enjoying
the water lounge.
You are allowed to use the water lounge for two hours with your treatment of $100.00 or more
